Narlee Pierre, Substitute Teacher

Narlee's goal is to help every student connect with and appreciate nature by guiding side-hikes and fostering curiosity in the natural classroom.

Narlee is a patient and dedicated early childhood educator with experience in preschool settings, and vocational training. She is committed to creating supportive, inclusive, and child-centered learning environments.

Narlee has a real passion for the natural world, and community service—including her involvement in a memorial garden project—which aligns perfectly with her Substitute Teacher role at Boston Outdoor Preschool Network.

Narlee believes children are resourceful and resilient, and she is excited to use the outdoor environment for exploration and hands-on activities.

Her goal is to help every student connect with and appreciate nature, by guiding side-hikes and fostering curiosity in the natural classroom.
