Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, Hayley values child-led learning, hands-on experiences, and allowing children the freedom to explore their interests.
She especially loves sharing her enthusiasm for the natural world with children and encouraging them to develop a lifelong sense of wonder, confidence, and respect for the environment.
Outside the classroom, Hayley enjoys hiking, exploring forests, discovering wildlife, and spending time outdoors with her son.
