Samantha Petriello, Substitute Teacher

Originally from New York, Sam loves the accessibility of nature throughout the entire city of Boston.

(We do too, Sam!)

Sam is originally from New York and has been in Boston for about 4 years. One thing she loves about Boston is how accessible nature is throughout the whole city.

Sam has worked with children for 10 years, finding a passion for supporting their development. She was drawn to BOPN because it helps littles find a love for nature, as they learn to work through big emotions by practicing independence and teamwork via nature play.

Some of Sam's hobbies include: being outside, reading, exploring new parts of the city, and being by the water.
