Charlotte Disnmore, Intern

Charlotte is a current Fourth Year at Northeastern University and discovered BOPN through professor-led research. She is originally from Bermuda which sparked her passion for nature-based play. There, she had access to the natural world since she was very young. While Charlotte’s major puts her on the pre-law track, she is very interested in early child psychological development and is hoping to study the positive cognitive benefits of nature-based play paired with ensuring access to nature-based play is equitable. She is volunteering at BOPN until Christmas Break to make observations and immerse herself in nature-based play to understand its immense benefits from inside BOPN’s program.
