Autumn Equinox Yoga Class!

Join us at the Arnold Arboretum for a special outdoor yoga class to celebrate the autumn equinox in community. This gentle flow class will support us in mindfully connecting to the earth and finding grounding as we prepare for the transition of seasons. 

This class will be led by BOPN’s Equity Programs Coordinator and former full-time yoga teacher Mandy Slavik.

When: Monday, September 25 at 9:30AM

Where: Arnold Arboretum (exact location will be sent to participants by email)

Who: All BOPN caregivers including parents, grandparents, nannies, etc…

What to bring: a yoga mat and a warm layer.
