Tuition and Fees
The total cost of attendance includes tuition, application and enrollment fees, and the purchase of outdoor gear for your child. Tuition (including deposit) and fees are non-refundable nor transferable.
Enrollment in one of our programs is a significant commitment. We determine staffing needs, teacher salaries, and operating costs based on projected and confirmed class sizes. It is for this reason that we are unable to refund or transfer any payments made towards applying or enrolling in BOPN.
Financial Aid
We offer income-based financial aid for those who need it, whenever possible.
Financial aid may be offered in the form of an enrollment fee reduction or waiver, deposit payment schedule, tuition reduction, and/or outdoor equipment assistance.
To Apply for Financial Assistance:
Submit an Inquiry Form, indicating your interest in financial aid.
Our Admissions team will respond with program information and availability, offer options for touring and enrollment, and answer any questions you have about tuition and financial aid. Donโt be shyโweโre here to help!
We will provide the correct form(s) and instructions to apply for admissions and aid. Admissions decisions are not made until Financial Aid applications are received and processed, and an aid award has been accepted.
Waitlists
When applications exceed openings in a given program, our selection process is guided by three primary factors: our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; dedication to our current and alumni families; and chronological order of inquiry.
Submitting an application for the current school year will automatically place your child on the Waitlist if the requested class is full, or your child is not age-eligible. Should a space become available, you will receive an admissions decision with an invitation to enroll.
Admissions Process

Submitting an inquiry form tells us youโd like to learn more about BOPN. We will provide brief introductory information, and help you arrange a tour.
Visit:
Touring allows you to see our philosophy in practice, chat with our experienced nature educators, and enjoy the forests, gardens, and landscapes that BOPN children explore each day. Dress for the weather, and bring the kids!
Apply:
Submit your Admissions Application and fee. Financial assistance is available, and we encourage anyone with need to request aid during the application process. Learn more about our admissions process, tuition and fees, and financial aid here.
Enroll:
Pending availability and admission, you will receive an invitation to enroll your child at BOPN. We will provide everything needed to complete the enrollment process online.
