How to Enroll in 2022-2023 School Year Programs
Step 1: Inquire
Submit an interest form to let us know your desired location and program, whether you anticipate needing financial aid, and to schedule a tour. A member of our admissions team will get back to you to answer any initial questions you may have.
Step 2: Visit Us
The best way to learn about our programs is to come see them in action! We hold regular tours at least once per month at each site. Tours are optional except for our full day programs. We also hold occasional virtual tours for families living out of state or abroad or for those who cannot otherwise attend in person.
Step 3: Apply for Aid
We offer income-based financial aid for families who need it. If financial aid, in the form of an enrollment fee reduction or waiver, deposit payment schedule, or tuition reduction, will enable your family to participate in our programs, please call or email our Director of Admissions.
Step 4: Register & Enroll
To register for a Summer 2022 or School Year 2022/2023 program, please click here. We require a $52 registration fee. After we receive your registration, we will send you an invitation to enroll. Families who are ready to enroll must submit a digital enrollment packet, $150 enrollment fee, and tuition deposit to secure a spot in their program of choice. Once the enrollment forms, enrollment fee, and tuition deposit have been submitted, families will receive an email confirming their spot.
Tuition & Cost of Attendance
Cost of attendance includes tuition, deposit (equivalent to two months’ tuition), an enrollment fee of $150, and the cost of outdoor gear for your child. Families are responsible for purchasing outdoor gear for their child. Tuition, deposit, and fees are non-refundable nor transferable. If a family chooses to send their child to BOPN for fewer days per week or hours per day than scheduled, the cost remains the same.
Enrollment in one of our programs is a significant commitment. When a family enrolls in one of our school year programs, they are committing to a full school year (September through June). Our programs are small, and we depend on filling each and every spot. We determine staffing needs, teacher salaries, and operating costs based on our enrollments. It is for this reason that tuition, deposit, and fees are non-refundable nor transferable. We request that families please wait to enroll in our school year programs until they a) are in a position to commit to the full school year; and b) have read the Family Handbook in full and had all their questions answered.

Financial Aid
We offer income-based financial aid for families who need it. If financial aid, in the form of an enrollment fee reduction or waiver, deposit payment schedule, or tuition reduction, will enable your family to participate in our programs, please call or email our Director of Admissions. We will explain the process and provide you with a brief financial aid application.
Waitlists
After you submit an interest form, we will get back to you promptly to let you know if there are no available spots in your program of interest. In the case of a program being full, families may submit a brief application and $52 application fee to be placed on a current year waitlist. Submission of an application and inclusion on our waitlist does not guarantee admission to our programs.
We strive to achieve diversity of age, gender, race and ethnicity, among other factors, whenever possible. Diversity, equity, and inclusion; dedication to our current and alumni families; and chronological order of inquiry are the primary factors that guide our selection processes when number of applications exceed number of open spots in a given program.
