Program Hours: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM 

Program Options: 5 (M-F), 3 (M/W/F), or 2 (T/Th) days

Program Schedule: School Year (Sep - June) & Summer (July - August), separate school year & summer enrollments

A Fully Outdoors Preschool & Kindergarten

 

Opening up the world of outdoor exploration for children is what drives us! We spend our days in the forest and the extraordinary gardens. The children are active participants in selecting which place we visit each day and how we explore them. Our operational strategies, safety protocols, and consistent daily routines help us to provide safe and fun adventures for each child. We explore a wide range of habitats with the children, including:

  • extensive wooded areas

  • over 5 acres of gardens, including a children's garden, vegetable garden, herb garden, formal garden, trial garden, and pollinator garden

  • open fields and meadows

  • brooks and vernal pools

  • the "compost mountain"

Summer 2023

  • We will now run half day summer in one week sessions.

  • There will be no PM half day summer offerings.

  • Current families who participate in early re-enrollment will receive a 15% tuition discount on half day summer sessions. (Cannot be combined with financial aid.)

  • Half Day Summer Invoices will post to Procare accounts on March 1 and be auto-deducted on March 5.  Enrollment paperwork for families enrolling only in BOPN Summer programs will not be sent until March 1st, but your spot will be secure.
     

Half day mixed age programs run in one week sessions.
