Kelly Gilmore

Kelly first joined BOPN in spring 2021 at the Arboretum location, and is excited to teach in Malden this summer!  She has a Bachelors in Education and is licensed in Elementary Education. She has taught early education and art at schools in Malden, Brookline, and Newton, and finds importance in giving children the freedom to be themselves in order to learn and grow. Each child learns in their own ways and she strives to differentiate her teaching to fit the needs of each child. The natural world is full of endless discovery and she works to instill this love into each child. In her free time she runs her own art business, coaches diving, rollerblades, rock climbs, and hikes around New England.
