Kate Connolly

Kate grew up in Burlington, VT, and is a student at Boston University. She is majoring in health science and minoring in human physiology. She plans on attending Boston College this fall to complete her doctorate degree in nursing, and intends to become a pediatric primary care nurse practitioner. Kate has a passion for working with children, and is a nanny in Brookline for her day job. She has worked with kids of all ages in a variety of settings since high school, and is extremely excited to join BOPN and have the opportunity to help kids grow their love of nature, and aid in the development of skills that will set them up for success in the future! In her free time, she loves spending time with her yellow lab pup, Bernie, and picking up new hobbies— She is currently learning to crochet!
