Claire Scully

Claire comes to BOPN with over ten years teaching experience.  Through her work in early childhood, as well as observations as a mother, Claire came to value the many benefits of child-lead learning.  Even while working in a more traditional care setting, Claire sought to use open-ended materials and bring her preschoolers out-of-doors as much as possible.  Thus, it's no surprise that she ended up teaching at BOPN!

In her free time, Claire loves to go camping, hiking and kayaking.  She also can't resist cooking up a good meal for a picnic at the beach with her family and dog.
