Ajani McConnico

Ajani attends Newton South High School and is excited for his second summer as a Youth Worker at BOPN!  He seeks to help others through kindness and humor and is always ready with a good joke!  Listening to others and noting their own struggles and successes, Ajani has learned to empathize with people of all ages.  His own creativity is fueled by working with youth.  Ajani appreciates childhood curiosity and working from this inquisitiveness to guide and direct the children toward success.  Upon graduating from high school, Ajani would like to study to become a preschool teacher with a focus on assisting students with disabilities and helping them to become the best version of themselves!
