Full Day Toddler & Preschool

Nature-immersive program for ages 15 months through Kindergarten

We will spend much of our time outdoors at the Arboretum.


Hours and Schedule

We will open in spring 2020.  

Anticipated start date for toddler class: May 1

Anticipated start date for preschool class: June 1


This is a year-round program. 

Our regular hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

Before school: 8 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

After school: 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Daily Rhythm

8 - 9 a.m.: Drop-off outdoors at the arboretum

9 a.m.: Morning circle, hike, explore, play, and learn about flora and fauna at the arboretum  

12 p.m.: Lunch indoors

12:40 p.m.: Nap/quiet time 

2 p.m.:  Either indoors or outdoors.  Read-aloud, shared reading, art, music, social studies, gardening, science, blocks, math, etc.

3:30 p.m.: Pick-up 

3:30 - 5:30: Aftercare: free-play, puzzles, games, or field trip to Archdale Community Center


This is a 5 day/week program.  If you wish for your child to attend 4 days/week the cost will remain the same.

Preschool tuition (9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.): $1,200/month

Toddler tuition (9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.): $1,500/month

Before School (8 - 9 a.m.): $210/month 

After School

  • 3:30 - 4:30: $210/month

  • 4:30 - 5:30: $210/month 

There is a $1,000 deposit due at acceptance.

Update: We will soon need to start a waitlist for toddlers (15 months through 2.9 years).  We have ~3 openings in the preschool class for a June 1 start date, and may also have a few openings for an August 1 start date.  Please contact us at your earliest convenience.
